Travel Consultant

   • Stay informed about travel destinations, including local attractions, cultural events, and visa requirements.
   • Provide advice and information on various destinations to assist clients in making informed decisions.
4. Travel Documentation:
   • Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents, such as visas and travel insurance.
   • Ensure clients are aware of and comply with entry requirements for their chosen destinations.
5. Customer Service:
   • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
   • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Sales and Upselling:
   • Promote additional services such as travel insurance, guided tours, and special packages.
   • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling techniques.
7. Industry Trends:
   • Stay abreast of industry trends, new travel products, and emerging destinations.
   • Share insights with clients to enhance their travel experiences.
8. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
   • Generate reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, travel products, and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
